随着我国经济的飞速发展与科学技术的不断提高,作为国家社会发展最为根本动力的石油产业也得到了飞速的进步。而在石油产业规模不断扩大,石油加工、储存不断提高的同时,石油加工、储存中的一些安全隐患影响着整个石油加工、储存工作的正常进行。因此,如何提升石油工程安全监督工作质量,保证石油工程质量,不仅仅是每一个加工、储存企业所需要重视的重要课题,更是每一个安全监督人员的重要使命。本文从石油工程的特点出发,对目前石油工程安全监督工作的种种问题进行分析,并提出几点能够有效提升安全监督工作质量的措施。
With the rapid economic development in our country and the continuous improvement of science and technology, the oil industry, the most fundamental force for the development of the country’s society, has also made rapid progress. While the scale of the oil industry continues to expand, oil processing and storage continue to increase, some hidden dangers in oil processing and storage affect the normal operation of the entire oil processing and storage. Therefore, how to improve the quality of petroleum safety supervision and ensure the quality of petroleum engineering is not only an important issue that every processing and storage enterprise needs to pay attention to, but also an important mission of every safety supervisory staff. Based on the characteristics of petroleum engineering, this paper analyzes the current problems of petroleum engineering safety supervision and puts forward some measures that can effectively improve the quality of safety supervision.
