单头电焊机,由于生产操作上的需要,必须经常搬移位置,拆线接线麻烦,又容易造成损坏。为克服这种弊病,自一九七三年以来,各地船厂分别研制了一些从50头到400头不等的大型固定式硅整流电焊机,在生产中起到了一定的作用。为了减少投资,充分发挥设备的利用率,并利用船台原有的电缆,我厂试制了一种ZPG-2000型可移式风冷多头电焊机,可供12～24头同时使用。其容量为2000安,这种电焊机使用方便,机动性大,主要适用于修造船,也宜用于机械、冶金、化工等工业部门的金属焊接。

Its capacity is 2000A. This type of welding machine is easy to use and flexible. It is mainly suitable for shipbuilding and is also suitable for metal welding in machinery, metallurgy, chemical industry and other industrial sectors.
