干细胞样记忆性T细胞(stem cell-like memory T cell,Tn SCM)是记忆T细胞的重要组成,具有干细胞样自我更新、多分化潜能和免疫重构特性。有别于中枢记忆T细胞(central memory T cell,Tn CM)或效应记忆T细胞(effective memory T cell,Tn EM)亚群,Tn SCM具有初始T细胞表型且分化程度较低。CD4n +Tn SCM细胞在疾病发生发展中发挥保护性或致病性双重作用,现就记忆T细胞的形成机制和CD4n +Tn SCM生物学特性做一综述,进而探讨其在艾滋病、肿瘤、结核和自身免疫性疾病中的作用。n “,”Stem cell-like memory T cell (Tn SCM) is an important component of memory T cells subsets, with the characteristics of self-renewal, multi-differentiation potency and immune reconstruction. In contrast to memory T cells, such as central memory T cell(Tn CM)and effective memory T cell(Tn EM), Tn SCM expresses na?ve T cell phenotypes with low differenciation degree. CD4n + Tn SCM plays both protective and pathogenic role in the occurrence and development of diseases. This review focuses on the mechanisms of memory T cells forming processes and the biological characteristics of CD4n + Tn SCM to discuss its roles in AIDS, tumor, tuberculosis and autoimmune diseases.n
