坑室泵站是将水泵全落井安装,基础为一块整底板,板上四周砌筑防水挡十墙,井上建站房.东台市从六十年代初期开始使用混流泵采取全落井安装,兴建坑室泵站.坑室混流泵站结构紧凑,装置效率高(八十年代经节能技术改造后的站,由盐城市水利局组织测试,装置效率最高达62.89%)。但长期以来,推广运用仍很困难。究其原因,主要是泵井施工质量难以保证,如水下底板的混凝土浇筑振捣不实、井壁砖缝浆体不足等,导致泵井渗漏.一旦发生漏水,渗漏部位难以发现,止漏比较困难,严重影响水泵正常运行。另外,建站需要打坝、排水,挖塘和回填的土方量多,泵井与进水池的土建工程量也较大.因此,造价较高.还有泵井深埋土中,井内阴暗潮湿,机泵维修保养不方便.针对上述问题,东台市水利农机局对坑室泵站进行了结构变革的探索。
