企业是市场经济体制运行的主体,在当代,全方位、高标准的发展模式是如今市场经济对企业的新要求。企业文化的出现是时代发展中经济与文化结合的产物。优秀的企业文化引领企业建立卓越的成就,大型国有企业更应该拥有一套自己的文化模式。本文意在选择我国煤炭行业的代表企业—大同煤矿集团公司,进行煤炭企业文化建设的成本探究。
Enterprises are the main body of the operation of the market economy system. In the contemporary, all-round and high-standard development model, the market economy now demands new enterprises. The emergence of corporate culture is the product of the combination of economy and culture in the development of the times. Excellent corporate culture to lead enterprises to establish outstanding achievements, large state-owned enterprises should have a set of their own cultural model. This article is intended to select the representative of China’s coal industry companies - Datong Coal Mining Group, the cost of building a coal enterprise culture.
