针对快速螺旋输送机的振动现象及其对工作性能的影响 ,建立了螺旋体的振动模型和振动方程 ,导出了其共振转速计算公式 .从转速与共振的关系分析了螺旋体转速设计计算的方法和范围以及螺旋体长度对振动强度和共振转速的影响 .并通过实例讨论了其振动的控制措施和本方法的有效性 .
Aiming at the vibration phenomenon of the screw conveyor and its influence on working performance, the vibration model and the vibration equation of the screw are established and the formulas for calculating the resonance speed are derived.
