目的提高气相色谱质谱联用仪负化学源法检测食品中氯霉素类残留量的能力。方法对现行国家标准方法 GB/T 22338-2008《动物源性食品中氯霉素类药物残留量测定》进行改进与补充,例如:玻璃器材的清洗效果、样品的净化方式、氮气吹干及氯霉素类目标物的衍生化注意事项、定量离子的正确选择等方面,最终完善国家标准方法。结果实验精密度得到大幅度提升。结论对现行国家标准方法改进后,精简了实验操作步骤,缩短了检测时间,避免了实验员在实验操作过程中可能陷入的误区,提高了实验员检测食品中氯霉素类残留量的能力。
Objective To improve the ability of gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC-MS / MS) negative chemical source method to detect chloramphenicol residues in food. The results of experimental precision has been greatly improved. Conclusion After the current national standard methods were improved, the experimental procedures were simplified, the testing time was shortened, the erroneous zones that the experimenter might fall into during the experiment were avoided, and the ability of the experimenter to detect the residues of chloramphenicol in food was also improved.
