医院绩效管理是当前深化医院改革迫切需要研究的重要问题。广东省中医院从1997年开始积极探索基于医院发展战略的多维绩效管理体系的构建,经过10多年的实践和不断完善,目前已形成基于战略绩效关联模式的医疗、教学、科研、人才、服务五位一体的医院管理体系,并取得了显著的社会效益和经济效益。为深化医院改革,探索公立医院绩效管理和薪酬激励提供了可借鉴的思路方法。
Hospital performance management is an urgent and important issue to be deepened in the current reform of the hospital. Since 1997, Guangdong Provincial Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine has actively explored the construction of a multidimensional performance management system based on the hospital’s development strategy.
