煤炭作为我国重要的基础性资源,其相关的煤炭产业的发展不仅关系着我国能源的安全,也影响我国经济的健康发展和社会稳定。目前煤炭产业发展到了瓶颈环节,即投融资问题。文章从全球煤炭产业价值链的视角出发,分析煤炭产业链上各个环节上存在的投融资问题,并针对不同的投融资问题,提出了相应的解决办法,以期帮助转型期间煤炭产业度过瓶颈阶段,实现煤炭产业的可持续发展。
