创新能力的培养是职业学校实施素质教育的灵魂,是职业学校强化技能,不断改革创新的教育目标。学生创新能力的培养与学校实施的素质教育、教学质量教学方法等有着密切的关系。只有加强素质教育,充分发挥教学的有效性,才能更好的培养创新能力。实施素质教育,优化课堂教学,培养具有创新能力的人才,是如今学校教育的主要目的。笔者就学校如何推行素质教育,优化课堂教学,从而实现培养学生创新能力发面进行了简单阐述,以供大家共同探讨研究。
The cultivation of innovative ability is the soul of carrying out quality education in vocational schools. It is the educational goal of vocational schools to strengthen their skills and to constantly reform and innovate. The cultivation of students’ innovative abilities is closely related to the quality education implemented by the school and teaching methods of teaching quality. Only by strengthening quality education and giving full play to the effectiveness of teaching can we cultivate innovative ability better. Implementing quality education, optimizing classroom teaching and cultivating creative talents are the main purposes of today’s school education. The author on how to implement quality education in schools, optimizing classroom teaching, in order to achieve the students ability to innovate made a simple statement for everyone to discuss the study.
