介绍了利用纳米缝隙结构激发表面等离体子,进行光学相位调制从而形成亚波长结构构成的奇异材料,分析并总结了亚波长结构材料的特性,在此基础上,回顾了该类材料在纳光子器件中的应用。
In this paper, we introduce the use of nano-gap structure to excite surface plasmons and carry out optical phase modulation to form a singular material with subwavelength structure. The properties of subwavelength structure materials are analyzed and summarized. Based on this, Photonic devices in the application.
