采用带有HAV、HBV主要抗原表位基因的真核表达质粒,作为复合型核酸实验疫苗,经2次及3次免疫小鼠产生了针对HAV的抗体应答和针对HBV-S的细胞增殖应答反应。
Using the eukaryotic expression plasmid with HAV and HBV major epitopes as the composite nucleic acid experimental vaccine, the antibody response to HAV and the cell proliferation response to HBV-S were generated after two and three immunizations .
