发展重载是提高铁路货运能力和货物运输实现快速发展的有效途径。转向架是关系铁路车辆运行安全的重要部件。本文建立了出口澳大利亚35.7 t轴重货车转向架侧架实体模型和有限元模型,运用材料非线性理论知识,利用大型通用有限元软件ANSYS对该侧架进行了静强度分析,并与试验结果进行了比较。结果表明,该侧架在各种工况下均满足要求。将疲劳载荷工况下有限元计算得到的静态应力与M系列矿石车侧架线路谱结合,得到应力谱。利用标称应力与可比构件或零件的实际疲劳特性这一疲劳分析方法,对侧架进行了疲劳寿命评估。
Developing Heavy Duty is an Effective Way to Improve Railway Freight Transport Capacity and Rapid Development of Cargo Transport. The bogie is an important part of the safety of railway vehicles. In this paper, a solid model and a finite element model of the side frame of a truck for exporting a 35.7 t axle truck in Australia were established. Static analysis of the side frame was carried out by using the large-scale common finite element software ANSYS based on the nonlinear theoretical knowledge of the material. A The results show that the side frame in various conditions to meet the requirements. The stress spectrum obtained by combining the static stress calculated by finite element method under fatigue load with that of M series ore car side frame is obtained. The fatigue life assessment of the side frame was performed using the fatigue analysis method of nominal stress and actual fatigue characteristics of comparable components or parts.
