近年来,随着我国社会经济的迅速发展,人民的生活水平也逐渐在提高,对与自身的居住环境也有了更高的要求。随之而来也带动了建筑行业的发展,在房屋建设中,施工管理与施工质量是基础,这两者直接关系着建筑的使用时间和居住的舒适程度。因而,在建筑项目的实施过程当中,施工单位应采取有效措施,致力于提高房屋建筑施工管理水平和施工质量,从而有效保障房屋建筑的质量,避免施工过程当中存在不符合质量管理要求而导致的返工现象,从而提升企业的经济效益和市场竞争力。
