离子交换树脂在湿法冶金中应用很广泛,近几年来由于我国黄金生产的迅速发展,应用离子交换树脂吸附金的试验研究引起了重视.特别在解决特殊性问题上更体现出研究此课题的重要性.国外在一九四五年就开始研究在氰化液中应用离子交换树脂进行吸附金.如苏联已在穆龙陶金矿应用离子交换树脂法生产黄金.我们于一九六五年开始研究离子交换树脂在黄金氰化过程中吸附金的可能性等,做了小型试验与扩大性试验.该工艺的特点是:一、氰化浸出与树脂吸附金的结合,即在同一过程中完成.二、载金树脂的洗脱与电解提金的结合,也是在同一过程中完成.试验选择出较好的技术条件,并取得了良好的技术指标.表明提金工艺在技术上也是比较先进的.这里将试验研究简要介绍如下.
