本实验在大鼠主动脉内皮细胞单层上观察了恬尔心注射液对血浆脂类通透性和代谢的影响。结果显示:恬尔心可显著降低大动脉内皮细胞(AEC)单层对水、白蛋白、载脂蛋白。甘油三酯(TG)和胆固醇(Tch)的通透性。亦可显著影响血浆TG和高密度脂蛋白(HDL-Ch)的代谢。结果提示:该药可减少血浆中脂类渗人血管内皮下和降低血浆中TG的浓度,具有潜在的抗动脉粥样硬化作用。
In this experiment, we observed the effects of Tritrin Injection on plasma lipid permeability and metabolism in rat aortic endothelial monolayers. The results showed that: tian er heart can significantly reduce the aorta of aortic endothelial cells on water, albumin, apolipoprotein. The triglyceride (TG) and cholesterol (Tch) permeability. Metabolism of plasma TG and high density lipoprotein (HDL-Ch) can also be significantly affected. The results suggest that: the drug can reduce plasma lipid penetration into the blood vessel endothelium and lower plasma TG concentration, with potential anti-atherosclerotic effect.
