调查了滨海盐雾区基本的环境参数,通过综合盐雾腐蚀箱来模拟盐雾环境,采用不同配合比的混凝土试样,研究了盐雾氯离子在混凝土中的沉积特性,研究表明水灰比对氯离子在混凝土表面的沉积有很大的影响,随着水灰比的增大,氯离子的表面沉积量也增大,实验中,引入环境系数的概念,提出经过修正的Fick第二定律,推导出修正后的解析解,结果显示在实验室环境下,当环境系数取1.3时,修正的Fick第二定律和实测数据符合得很好。
The basic environmental parameters of the coastal salt spray area were investigated. The salt spray environment was simulated by the integrated salt spray corrosion chamber. The concrete samples with different mixing ratios were used to study the deposition characteristics of salt spray chloride ions in the concrete. Chloride ions on the concrete surface deposition has a great impact, with the water-cement ratio increases, the amount of chloride ions deposited on the surface. In the experiment, the introduction of the concept of environmental coefficient, proposed a modified Fick’s second law , The revised analytic solution is deduced. The results show that the revised Fick’s second law fits well with the measured data when the environmental coefficient is 1.3 in the laboratory environment.
