目的 评价我省医用CT机的应用质量 ,为卫生行政部门的决策提供科学依据。方法 采用美国医学物理协会 (AAPM )研制的CT性能检测模体和美国Victoreen公司生产的 40 0 0M+ 型剂量检测装置进行现场检测 ,并随机抽取检测前 2个月脑部、胸部、腹部和腰椎 4个部位共 7张临床照片进行评估。结果 190台CT机中有 177台合格 ,合格率为 93.2 %;不合格 13台 ,占 6 .8%。结论 卫生行政部门应加强监督管理 ,规范验收制度 ,开展技术指导和业务培训工作 ,建立健全CT机的应用质量保证体系。
Objective To evaluate the application quality of medical CT scanners in our province and provide scientific basis for the decision-making of health administrative departments. Methods The on-the-spot detection was performed using the CT performance test phantom developed by the American Medical Physics Association (AAPM) and the 400M 0M+ dose detection device manufactured by Victoren, USA. The brain, chest, abdomen, and lumbar vertebrae were randomly sampled for 2 months before the test. A total of 7 clinical photos of the site were evaluated. Results Among the 190 CT machines, 177 were qualified, the qualification rate was 93.2%; 13 were unqualified, accounting for 6.8%. Conclusion The health administrative department should strengthen supervision and management, standardize the acceptance system, carry out technical guidance and business training, and establish and improve the application quality assurance system for CT machines.
