目的观察格列美脲与二甲双胍比较对维吾尔族2型糖尿病血糖及胰岛素敏感性及体重指数的影响。方法所有患者均为2007年3月-2008年7月在新疆医科大学附属中医医院内分泌门诊就诊的维吾尔族患者,共计69例,按照随机数字表分为治疗组及对照组,治疗组给予格列美脲治疗,对照组给予二甲双胍,给药时间均为24周。治疗前及治疗半年后检测血压、腰臀比、体重指数、血糖、糖化血红蛋白、胰岛素。给药1周、给药2周及以后每3个月由专人负责随防。结果:经治疗治疗组与对照组的FBG、PBG、HBA1C比较,差异有统计学意义,说明格列美脲对血糖的降低均优于二甲双胍。胰岛素敏感指数两组治疗前比较无明显差异,具有可比性,治疗后两组差异无统计学意义,说明治疗组改善胰岛素敏感指数相当于对照组。体重指数两组治疗前比较无明显差异,具有可比性,治疗后两组差异无统计学意义,说明应用磺脲类降糖药物格列美脲并不增加体重,对体重指数的干预与二甲双胍的作用相当。结论:格列美脲使维吾尔族使2型糖尿病在获得良好血糖控制的同时提高胰岛素敏感性,减轻体质量。
Objective To observe the effects of glimepiride and metformin on blood glucose, insulin sensitivity and body mass index in type 2 diabetic Uygur patients. Methods All patients were Uigur patients from Endocrinology Clinic of Chinese Medicine Hospital Affiliated to Xinjiang Medical University from March 2007 to July 2008. A total of 69 patients were divided into treatment group and control group according to random number table. The control group was given metformin and the administration time was 24 weeks. Before treatment and six months after treatment, blood pressure, waist-hip ratio, body mass index, blood glucose, glycosylated hemoglobin, insulin. Administered for 1 week, 2 weeks after administration and every 3 months by the person responsible for the prevention and treatment. Results: There were significant differences in FBG, PBG and HBA1C between the treated group and the control group, indicating that glimepiride had a better blood glucose lowering effect than metformin. Insulin sensitivity index two groups before treatment no significant difference, comparable, no significant difference between the two groups after treatment, indicating that the treatment group to improve the insulin sensitivity index is equivalent to the control group. BMI was no significant difference between the two groups before treatment, comparable, no significant difference between the two groups after treatment, indicating that the application of sulfonylurea drug glimepiride does not increase body weight, body mass index intervention with metformin The role is quite Conclusion: Glimeporide makes Uighur make type 2 diabetes with good glycemic control, insulin sensitivity and weight loss.
