该文对制备高Jc Bi—2223/Ag带均匀的长样进行了研究。为了提高长样的均匀性,我们采取了如下的工艺:(a)用预烧结块料灌银管;(b)每道用大变形量轧制;(c)缓慢升温以便主要生成2223相并且使杂相很好地弥散。研究结果表明:这样制备的Bi—2223/Ag带的长样,任意切下一段,其超导性能与短样几乎相同。所制备的1米长样(厚80μ,宽1.7mm),其Jc(77K、oT)达4000A/cm~2,并且沿长度方向的Jc具有很好的均匀性.
In this paper, the preparation of long Jc Bi-2223 / Ag uniform long sample was studied. In order to improve the uniformity of the long sample, we have adopted the following processes: (a) Irrigation of silver tubes with pre-sintered blocks; (b) Rolling with large deformations per pass; (c) Slow heating to mainly generate 2223 phases and Make miscellaneous phase diffuse well. The results show that the long sample of the Bi-2223 / Ag tape prepared in this way is cut at random, and its superconducting property is almost the same as that of the short sample. The prepared 1-meter long sample (thickness 80μ, width 1.7mm) had a Jc (77K, oT) of 4000 A / cm2 and good Jc along the length.
