随着市场经济的发展,企业财务管理模式为适应社会经济的发展,在原来的管理模式上进行创新,从而促进企业的发展。财务管理是企业经营发展中的一个重要环节,良好的财务管理能够为企业的发展提高物质保证,提高企业的经济效益。在新的市场经济环境下,“零存货”模式已经开始出现在企业财务管理中,它是目前比较先进的一种存货管理模式,能够减少企业的资金周转压力,提高资金的利用效率。但是,“零存货”模式在实际应用中还存在很多问题,在企业财务管理中的实际应用比较困难,针对这些应用中的问题,本文将展开具体论述。
