本文通过对86例急性心肌梗死伴高胆固醇血症的病人临床观察,了解伴高胆固醇血症的急性心肌梗死病人的并发症和预后,结果显示了高胆固醇组急性心梗病人的再梗死率及死亡率显著升高。
