目的:阐明及鉴别羚羊角及其混伪品中脂类化学成分。方法:溶剂法提取脂类成分,经甲酯化,采用气相色谱-质谱-计算机联用技术分离鉴定,归一化法计算相对百分含量,并进行聚类分析。结果:从5种牛科动物角中共鉴定出13种脂类成分,其中从羚羊角中鉴定出9种脂肪酸类成分;5种牛科动物角采用系统聚类法可分为3类。结论:羚羊角主要脂肪酸类成分为棕榈酸、硬脂酸、油酸,可利用此三指标之比鉴别羚羊角。
Objective: To elucidate and identify lipid components in antelope horn and its adulterants. Methods: Lipid components were extracted by solvent method, separated by methyl esterification and identified by gas chromatography - mass spectrometry - computer combined technique. The relative percentage content was calculated by normalization method and clustered. Results: Thirteen lipid components were identified from five bovine horns, of which nine fatty acids were identified from the antelope horns. The five bovine horns were classified into three groups by systematic clustering. Conclusion: The main fatty acids in the antelope horn are palmitic acid, stearic acid and oleic acid. The ratio of these three indicators can be used to identify the antelope horn.
