2009年,以胶州湾湿地为研究区域,分别于2,5,8,11月进行表层沉积物采集,并对沉积物中HCHs和DDTs含量进行检测。结果表明:潮间带区域表层沉积物中HCHs含量范围:(17.56~77.39)×10-9,DDTs含量范围:(ND~89.87)×10-9;浅海区域表层沉积物中HCHs含量范围:(ND~62.71)×10-9,DDTs含量范围:(ND~73.43)×10-9。各测站沉积物HCHs、DDTs含量变化与胶州湾入湾河流的流量变化相一致。即:丰水期含量偏高,枯水期含量偏低,说明二者主要来源于河流输入和地表径流输入。
In 2009, taking Jiaozhou Bay wetland as the research area, surface sediment collection was conducted in February, May, August and November respectively, and the contents of HCHs and DDTs in the sediment were detected. The results showed that the content of HCHs in the surface sediments of the intertidal zone ranged from 17.56 to 77.39 × 10-9 and the range of DDTs was from ND to 89.87 × 10-9. ND ~ 62.71) × 10-9, DDTs content range: (ND ~ 73.43) × 10-9. The change of sediment HCHs and DDTs in each station coincides with the change of inflow of Jiaozhou Bay into the Bay. That is, the high water content and dry season low, indicating that the two mainly come from the input of rivers and surface runoff.
