研究了鞭角华扁叶蜂滞育预蛹的糖类含量动态。结果表明 ,在滞育期间 ,鞭角华扁叶蜂滞育预蛹脂肪体糖原的含量呈下降趋势 ,血淋巴中海藻糖的含量则呈升高的趋势。在滞育的前期 ,机体内糖原和海藻糖之间存在明显的相互转化 ,并与滞育阶段和温度相关。雌性预蛹糖原和海藻糖的含量均明显高于雄性预蛹 ,但代谢趋势一致
The dynamic changes of carbohydrate content in pre-pupae of diaphanous larvae were studied. The results showed that during the diapause period, the contents of glycogen in pre-pupal fat body of diapause larvae of Dendrolimus punctatus decreased while the content of trehalose in hemolymph increased. In the early stage of diapause, there is a significant interconversion between glycogen and trehalose in the body, which is related to diapause stage and temperature. The content of female pre-pupa glycogen and trehalose were significantly higher than that of male pre-pupa, but the metabolic tendency was consistent
