为了探究特教教师核心自我评价、领悟社会支持与心理健康的关系,本研究以《核心自我评价量表》、《领悟社会支持量表》和《一般健康问卷》为工具,对某省特殊教育学校736名教师进行问卷调查,结果表明:(1)特教教师的核心自我评价对领悟社会支持具有显著正向预测作用,核心自我评价和领悟社会支持分别对心理健康具有显著7向预测作用;(2)领悟社会支持在核心自我评价与心理健康间具有显著中介作用。
In order to explore the core self-evaluation of special education teachers and to understand the relationship between social support and mental health, this study used the tools of “core self-rating scale”, “perceived social support scale” and “general health questionnaire” The results showed that: (1) The core self-assessment of special education teachers has a significant positive predictive effect on the comprehension of social support, and the core self-evaluation and the comprehension of social support have significant 7-directional predictive effects on mental health; (2) Perceived social support has a significant intermediary role in core self-assessment and mental health.
