1.后期光合效率偏低,导致库大源少:孕穗和抽穗开花期对温度的适应范围较窄,结实率常较低。 幼穗分化期、孕穗期、乳熟期,南优2号的光合效率(毫克干重/平方分米·小时)分别为10.2、9.9和5.6,较父本IR24的12.9、10.88和5.92为低(湖南农学院,1976),这是导致其干物质积累在生育后期变劣的主要原因。前期的干物质积累优势导致大穗,后期的积累劣势则易导致灌浆物质不足。这种库大、源少的现象,可能是杂交水稻产生较多空秕粒的生理原因。
