采用溶胶-凝胶法合成了钛酸锶光催化剂,研究了煅烧温度对钛酸锶性能的影响。结果表明,钛酸锶粉体呈不规则的颗粒形态,样品中存在钛酸锶Sr2TiO4和TiO2两种物相。在较高煅烧温度下制得的样品中Sr2TiO4含量增加,而TiO2含量减少,煅烧温度变化对Sr2TiO4晶粒尺寸的影响较小。在800℃煅烧制备的钛酸锶样品具有最大的比表面积和最佳的光催化活性。经紫外光照射120 min后,甲基橙在钛酸锶样品上的光催化降解率达到78.0%。
The strontium titanate photocatalyst was synthesized by sol-gel method and the effect of calcination temperature on the properties of strontium titanate was investigated. The results show that the strontium titanate powder has an irregular particle morphology. There are two phases Sr2TiO4 and TiO2 in the sample. Sr2TiO4 content increased in the sample prepared at higher calcination temperature, while the content of TiO2 decreased, the influence of calcination temperature on the grain size of Sr2TiO4 was less. The strontium titanate sample prepared by calcination at 800 ℃ has the largest specific surface area and the best photocatalytic activity. After 120 min UV irradiation, the photocatalytic degradation rate of methyl orange on strontium titanate reached 78.0%.
