目的:研究米非司酮和三苯氧胺对子宫腺肌病核因子κBp65mRNA(NFκBp65mRNA)、NFκB、血小板衍生生长因子A(PDGFA)和转化生长因子beta(TGFbeta)表达的影响。方法:子宫腺肌病妇女46例,随机分为米非司酮组、三苯氧胺组和对照组,药物治疗3个月。应用原位杂交法检测NFκBp65mRNA的表达;应用免疫组化法检测PDGFA,TGFbeta,NFκB的表达。结果:NFκBp65mRNA、NFκB、PDGFA和TGFbeta的表达强度,依次为对照组高于三苯氧胺组,三苯氧胺组高于米非司酮组,3组存在显著性差异。NFκB与PDGFA、TGFbeta表达呈正相关。结论:米非司酮和三苯氧胺抑制子宫腺肌病NFκBp65mRNA和NFκB的生成,降调PDGFA、TGFbeta表达。
Objective: To investigate the effects of mifepristone and tamoxifen on the expression of NFκBp65mRNA, NFκB, PDGFA and TGFbeta in adenomyosis. Methods: 46 cases of adenomyosis women were randomly divided into mifepristone group, tamoxifen group and control group, drug treatment for 3 months. The expression of NFκBp65mRNA was detected by in situ hybridization. The expressions of PDGFA, TGFbeta and NFκB were detected by immunohistochemistry. RESULTS: The expression intensity of NFκBp65mRNA, NFκB, PDGFA and TGFbeta were higher in the control group than in the tamoxifen group and higher in the tamoxifen group than in the mifepristone group. There was a significant difference among the three groups. NFκB and PDGFA, TGFbeta expression was positively correlated. Conclusion: Mifepristone and tamoxifen inhibited the production of NFκBp65mRNA and NFκB in adenomyosis and decreased the expression of PDGFA and TGFbeta.
