在粘着磨损、磨粒磨损、微动磨损和腐蚀磨损的条件下,对比钢经低温氮化处理的、未经处理的、和常规碳氮共渗处理的耐磨性,本文进行了这方面的试验工作.主要结论是:低温氮化处理最适用于以粘着磨损和腐蚀磨损为主的场合,但其对磨粒磨损和微动磨损的抗力,通常低于常规的渗碳淬火者。因此,在具体应用低温氮化处理工艺时,必须仔细地评定其磨损过程.本文也提到了各种磨损试验中的磨损机制.
In the condition of adhesive wear, abrasive wear, fretting wear and corrosion wear, compared with the wear resistance of steel treated by low temperature nitriding, untreated and conventional carbonitriding, The main conclusion is that low temperature nitriding is most suitable for the occasions of adhesive wear and corrosion wear, but its resistance to abrasive wear and fretting wear is usually lower than that of conventional carburizing and quenching. Therefore, it is necessary to carefully evaluate the wear process when using the low-temperature nitriding process.The wear mechanisms in various wear tests are also mentioned in this paper.
