目的:通过应用品管圈(QCC)的手法和工具,降低病房的红灯率,提高病人的满意度,改善护患关系。方法我科自2013年5月成立QCC小组,采用对本病区的现状进行调查、统计分析并制定相应的措施,再进行对策实施和效果评价等。结果病房的红灯率由93%降至59%。结论通过品管圈的实施,病房红灯率有了明显的下降,病人的满意度提高了,各圈员在沟通和协调、积极性、荣誉感、责任心、团队合作等方面均有一定程度的提高。“,”OBJECTIVE by applying quality control circle (QCC) techniques and tools to reduce ward red rate, improve patient satisfaction, improve nurse-patient relationship. Method I Division was established in May 2013 QCC team, using the status of the investigation ward, statistical analysis and to develop appropriate measures to further the implementation and effectiveness of countermeasures, such as self-evaluation. The results wards red rate of 93% to 59%. Conclusion The implementation of quality control circle ward red rate had dropped significantly, improved patient satisfaction, each ring member in communication and coordination, enthusiasm, sense of honor, responsibility, teamwork and so there is a certain degree of improved.
