目的 对脑梗塞后血管性痴呆患者采取针灸联合通痹益脑汤治疗的效果作研讨.方法 选取时间为2017年1月至2020年1月,在我院收治的脑梗塞后血管性痴呆患者中选取52例,根据奇偶分组表法分为2组,每组各26例.对参照组采取通痹益脑汤治疗,对实验组采取针灸联合通痹益脑汤治疗.检验2组患者的血流动力学指标、MMSE评分、神经功能缺损评分、中医证候积分、HDS评分以及ADL评分.结果 实验组患者的血流动力学指标相比于参照组较低,差异明显(p<0.05);相比于实验组,参照组患者的MMSE评分、HDS评分较低,神经功能缺损评分、中医证候积分、ADL评分较高,组间差异显著(p<0.05).结论 对脑梗塞后血管性痴呆患者采取针灸联合通痹益脑汤治疗,患者日常生活能力和认知能力均得到明显改善.
