本文通过对裂缝产生的基本原理进行了分析,得出具体控制措施。在我公司承建的某新城综合楼工程120m超长无缝混凝土结构的施工过程中,我们分别采用优化钢筋构造、设置后浇带、在混凝土内掺加抗裂纤维、给楼板施加预应力等措施,并有效控制了裂纹的产生,结果表明工程质量达到了优良标准。本工程采取的综合防裂措施得当,技术有效可行。
This article analyzes the basic principles of crack generation and derives specific control measures. In the construction process of a 120m super-long seamless concrete structure of a new city complex project constructed by our company, we adopted measures such as optimizing the structure of reinforced steel, setting post-casting belts, adding anti-cracking fiber to concrete, and prestressing the floor slabs. , And effectively control the cracks, the results show that the quality of the project has reached excellent standards. The comprehensive anti-crack measures adopted by this project are appropriate and the technology is effective and feasible.
