本世纪以来,临空经济作为航空运输促进区域经济发展的新的经济增长模式,在中国受到了越来越多的关注。当前,全国各家上规模的大型机场所在地政府纷纷规划建设临空经济区,热情高涨;与此同时,各学术理论界也围绕着各大型枢纽机场的临空经济的规划与发展做了大量的理论研究工作。而各中小机场的临空经济则刚刚处于概念期,与之相适应的理论研究也相对较少。在这种实际情况下,探讨研究中小机场临空经济的发展以及中小机场如何在临空经济发展中发挥好主导作用,对推进中小机场所在地区临空经济的发展具有一定的现实意义。
