压力容器的应用十分广泛,在工业生产的各个领域都有应用,并且与人们的日常生活有着密切联系。压力容器在使用的过程中会因为质量问题造成严重的事故,这使得压力容器的质量监督与安全检验工作极为重要。本文主要论述了锅炉压力容器安全检验中的常见问题,并提了一些检验质量的方法和探讨了锅炉压力容器质量监控工作,进而减少重大锅炉压力容器使用事故的发生。
Pressure vessels are used in a wide range of applications in all fields of industrial production and are closely linked to people’s daily lives. Pressure vessels in the use of the process because of quality problems can cause serious accidents, which makes pressure vessel quality supervision and safety inspection is extremely important. This article mainly discusses the common problems in the safety inspection of the boiler and pressure vessel, and puts forward some methods to check the quality and discusses the quality control of the boiler pressure vessel, so as to reduce the occurrence of the accidents of the pressure vessel in a major boiler.
