观察了香烟烟雾对大鼠晶状体的脂质过氧化作用以及对抗氧化酶活性和非蛋白质巯基水平的影响。结果表明,吸烟组大鼠晶状体湿重减轻,晶状体中的过氧化产物丙二醛(MDA)含量明显增加(P<0.01),而非蛋白质巯基(NP-SH)含量、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性以及谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)活性均显著降低(P<0.01)。结果提示,香烟烟雾可能是导致白内障形成的重要原因之一。
The effects of cigarette smoke on lipid peroxidation and antioxidant enzyme activities and non-protein sulfhydryl levels in rat lens were observed. The results showed that in the smoking group, the wet weight of the lens was relieved and the content of malondialdehyde (MDA) in the lens was significantly increased (P <0.01), while the contents of non-protein sulfhydryl (NP-SH) and superoxide dismutase (SOD) activity and glutathione peroxidase (GSH-Px) activity were significantly lower (P <0.01). The results suggest that cigarette smoke may be one of the important causes of cataract formation.
