为了保证叶片精锻模的安装精度,使用精度及模具安装的方便与可靠,我们设计了可调式直锁扣导向精锻模座。其特点能承受叶片精锻时较大的水平分力,能满足叶片精锻时的模具各方向的错位调整,能按工艺与设备的使用要求进行模座导向间隙的调整及对磨损的可调导向板的调换,使其始终能保证整副模座的使用精度,以满足精锻工艺的需要。由于该模座设计,采用了电加热预热装置,保证了锻造工艺中对模具预热温度的均匀控制。对叶片精锻与模具使用寿命都起到了良好的作用。
