开发区拆迁档案是开发区拆迁安置工作的历史记录,是开发区开发建设的重要组成部分,它反映了开发区地域的发展变迁,关系到拆迁人和被拆迁人的根本利益。本文根据开发区拆迁档案主要特征,从建立机制、加强指导、跟踪落实、同步收集来分析解决开发区在收集拆迁档案时存在的时间不及时、内容不齐全和落实不到位的问题。
