目的:采用UPLC-Q-TOF-MS/MS技术对肿痛涂膜剂的化学成分进行分析。方法:采用ACQUITY BEH C18色谱柱(2.1 mm×50 mm,1.7μm),并以甲醇-0.1%甲酸水溶液为流动相进行梯度洗脱,流速0.4 m L·min-1,质谱使用ESI离子源,正负离子模式扫描采集数据。结果:根据精确相对分子质量和碎片离子分析,并结合相关文献及对照品数据,共鉴定出34个化合物,包含10个有机酸、鞣质类成分,9个萜类成分,8个黄酮类成分,3个蒽醌类成分,4个皂苷类成分。结论:建立了一种基于UPLC-Q-TOF-MS/MS的定性分析方法,为研究肿痛涂膜剂的化学成分,以及进一步研究其作用机制提供了依据。
OBJECTIVE: To analyze the chemical constituents of pain relief coating by UPLC-Q-TOF-MS / MS. METHODS: ACQUITY BEH C18 column (2.1 mm × 50 mm, 1.7 μm) was used and the mobile phase was eluted with methanol-0.1% formic acid as mobile phase at a flow rate of 0.4 m L · min-1. ESI ion source was used for mass spectrometry. Positive and negative ion mode scan acquisition data. Results: Based on the accurate relative molecular mass and fragment ion analysis, combined with related literatures and reference data, 34 compounds were identified, including 10 organic acids, tannins, 9 terpenoids and 8 flavonoids , Three anthraquinone components and four saponin components. CONCLUSION: A qualitative analysis method based on UPLC-Q-TOF-MS / MS is established, which provides a basis for studying the chemical composition of the pain-coating agent and further studying its mechanism of action.
