在松花江污染事件的处理过程中,我们感受到中国在环境外交领域取得的进步.首先,及时向俄罗斯和有关国际组织通报情况,争取谅解,化解危机.其次,主动向俄罗斯提供防污设备,争取使危害减少到最低程度.再次,主动承担责任,商讨赔偿事宜.中国政府采取的措施对中国以及各国环境外交的实践是具有借鉴意义的.
