锦州小菜是辽宁省锦州市特产,不仅驰名祖国各地,还远销香港、日本、泰国、新加坡及南洋各地。锦州小菜的主要原料是小黄瓜。现将其主要品种和栽培技术介绍如下。一、栽培品种及其特征特性小黄瓜品种是当地栽培的旱黄瓜品种,主要有金棒、黑汉腿、二虎头,其中以黑汉腿品种为最好。金棒的特点是个头较小、短而粗、果皮色黄。瓜多数为4个心室,老熟快,生长势旺,结果多,质量较差。黑汉腿的特点是果皮色深绿,瓜条较匀、细长,多为4个心室,结果较少,但质量好。二虎头的特点是介于两个品种之间,果实头粗
