目的提高吐鲁番地区中学生的艾滋病防治知识知晓率。方法采用多种宣传教育方式对吐鲁番地区中学生开展艾滋病防治知识宣传教育,开展宣传教育前后在二县一市分别选取2所学校,各随机抽取200名学生,通过调查问卷开展艾滋病防治知识知晓率调查。结果宣传教育前调查对象的艾滋病知识知晓率为50.17%(602/1 200),宣传教育后为79.20%(975/1 231),二者比较差异有统计学意义(χ2=224.83,P=0.000);调查对象对艾滋病血液传播和母婴传播的知晓水平较高,对性传播的预防和蚊虫叮咬、日常接触是否传播的知晓水平相对较低;宣传教育前不同民族学生的知晓率差异无统计学意义,宣传教育后不同民族学生的知晓率差异有统计学意义,汉族学生知晓率最高,为83.78%,维吾尔族学生知晓率最低,为73.63%;调查学生从电视中获取艾滋病知识的比例最高,宣传后为81.48%,其次为免费宣传资料,宣传后为67.59%。结论在吐鲁番地区中学开展多种形式的宣传教育活动大幅度提高了中学生艾滋病防治知识知晓率,对艾滋病防控具有重要意义。
Objective To improve the awareness rate of AIDS prevention and control among middle school students in Turpan region. Methods A variety of publicity and education methods were used to educate and educate AIDS prevention and control among Turpan district middle school students. Before and after publicity and education were conducted, two schools were selected in two counties and one city. 200 students were randomly selected. A questionnaire was used to investigate AIDS awareness . Results The rate of awareness of AIDS among pre-education and education participants was 50.17% (602/1 200) and 79.20% (975/1 231) respectively after the publicity and education. The difference between the two was statistically significant (χ2 = 224.83, P = 0.000 ). The level of awareness of HIV / AIDS among the ethnic minority students was higher than that of the other two groups. The level of awareness about HIV / AIDS and blood transmission and mother-to-child transmission was relatively high. The level of awareness about the prevention of sexually transmitted infections and mosquito bites and daily contact was relatively low. The awareness rate of students from different ethnic groups was statistically significant. The highest awareness of Han students was 83.78%, while the lowest among Uyghur students was 73.63%. The highest percentage of students who got AIDS knowledge from television , 81.48% after the promotion, followed by free promotional materials, 67.59% after the promotion. Conclusion Various forms of publicity and education activities in secondary schools in Turpan have greatly raised the awareness rate of AIDS prevention and control among secondary school students and are of great significance for AIDS prevention and control.
