在市场经济体制下,企业集团越来越成为企业组织的重要形式,而要想保证企业财务决策的准确度以及财务活动的合理性,该企业集团的财务管理体制扮演着重要的角色。我国企业集团的财务管理体制现在还面临着许多问题,由于这些问题迟迟得不到解决,使得我国企业集团发展严重滞后。本文首先分析了当前我国企业集团财务管理体制面临的问题,然后根据这些问题提出解决的对策,以期更好地完善我国企业集团财务管理体制。
