工学结合是是高职教育人才培养模式的显著特征,加强工学结合模式下高职学生思想政治教育,对提高广大高职生的思想政治素质、实现“中国梦”具有十分重要的意义。传统高职学生思想政治教育中存在的误区,亟待改革。应根据工学结合人才培养模式的实践性、开放性、职业性特点,努力建立适合工学结合的“八构建”思想政治教育模式。
The combination of work and study is a distinctive feature of the training model for higher vocational education. Strengthening the ideological and political education for vocational students under the mode of combination of work and study is of great significance to improving the ideological and political quality of the majority of vocational students and realizing the “Chinese dream.” The mistakes in the traditional higher vocational students’ ideological and political education are in urgent need of reform. According to the practicality, openness and professional characteristics of the mode of training students with work-study integration, efforts should be made to establish an ideological and political education mode suitable for the combination of work and study.
