系统地研究了冷轧辊试样低温回火后残余应力与硬度的变化。结果表明:(1)在回火过程中,冷轧辊试样残余应力的下降主要集中在回火保温的最初阶段,经10~20小时回火保温后,表面最大压应力和心部最大拉应力的下降程度都能达到最佳效果(有效在95%以上);(2)冷轧辊试样中的残余应力在回火时的松弛规律与淬火后的初始应力及淬硬层深度无关;(3)冷轧辊淬火后的合理回火温度为150~160℃,回火时间为0.01D+10(h)(D为辊径,mm)。
The changes of residual stress and hardness after cold tempering were systematically studied. The results show that: (1) During the tempering process, the residual stress of the cold roll decreases mainly in the initial stage of tempering.
