随着信息技术的广泛应用和个性化消费时代的到来,现代企业所面临的外部环境发生了巨大的变化,这种变化促使企业必须不断进行组织与管理创新,以提高对市场的快速反应能力,这种组织与管理创新主要表现在两个层面:一是以企业分拆、分立、虚拟化或建立战略联盟等为内容的外部整合活动;二是以企业业务流程再造为基础的内部整合活动。在企业的内部整合中有一个重要方向,就是实行内部市场化管理。
With the wide application of information technology and the advent of personalized consumer era, the external environment facing modern enterprises has undergone tremendous changes. This change has prompted enterprises to constantly innovate in organization and management in order to improve their ability to respond quickly to the market. This kind of organization and management innovation mainly manifests in two aspects: one is the external integration activity with the content of enterprise spin-off, separation, virtualization or establishment of strategic alliances; and the second is the internal integration activity based on business process reengineering. In the internal integration of enterprises there is an important direction, that is, the implementation of internal market management.
