随着中国城乡经济的高速发展,居民的日常生活水平在不断的提高,“村村通”广播电视工程在农村的大力发展就是一个很好的体现。这项政策切切实实的改善了很多地方消息不通、文化落后、政策闭塞的传统生活状态,开放了山间农民落后的思想,提高了农民的生活质量,是一项得民心的政策。主要通过阐述“村村通”在农村文化传播中的重要性,研究了“村村通”在农村的发展应用以及对其管理方法,为实现“村村通”在农村的可持续发展提供了理论指导,也为更高效更合理更科学的开展这项工程提供了发展基础。
