禁食和胆囊内胆泥及色素性结石的发生有关。胆泥和色素性结石的主要成份是胆红素钙盐。文内对短期禁食将改变胆汁内钙和胆红素浓度,从而影响胆汁的成石性和色素性胆囊结石的形成这一设想进行了检验。给15只犬饲非成石性饮食3周。7只犬不禁食,8只犬试验前禁食16小时。然后切除胆囊,在缺氧条件下吸出全部胆汁待检。结扎胆总管,向近端插管引流肝胆汁1小时待检。两组犬均无胆汁结晶,胆囊容量无差异。禁食犬肝胆汁流量明显少于未禁食犬(P<0.05)。
Fasting and gallbladder bile pigment and the occurrence of pigmented stones. Bile mud and pigmented stones is the main component of bilirubin calcium salt. The text of the short-term fasting will change the concentration of bile calcium and bilirubin, which affect the formation of bile stone and pigmented gallstones this idea was tested. Fifteen dogs were sacrificed for 3 weeks. Seven dogs were fasted and eight dogs were fasted for 16 hours prior to the test. Then remove the gallbladder, in the anaerobic conditions, all the bile to be seized. Ligation of the common bile duct, to the proximal endoscopic drainage of liver bile 1 hour to be tested. Two groups of dogs were no bile crystallization, no difference in gallbladder volume. Fasting dog liver bile flow was significantly less than non-fasting dogs (P <0.05).
