我厂高压阀门零件试用 Fe_3O_4-KBF_4作为催渗剂进行粉末渗硼,以提高耐磨性,取得初步成效,已有简要报导。这个工艺的特点是:增加渗层厚度25%;用过的旧渗剂补充少许硼源和 KBF_4,可重复使用三次;渗层中没有异常组织。购入的磁粉经化学分析,其确切成份为:Fe_3O_421~28%、FeO40~48%、Fe22~31%,及少量 S、C、Si、P 等。通过进一步的试验,并运用热力学计算了反应自由能的变化,初步探讨了磁粉在粉末渗硼中的化学反应机理。
Our factory high-pressure valve parts trial Fe_3O_4-KBF_4 as penetration enhancer powder boronizing, in order to improve the wear resistance, and achieved initial success, has been briefly reported. This process is characterized by: increasing the thickness of the permeation layer 25%; used old penetration agent to add a little boron source and KBF_4, can be reused three times; there is no abnormal tissue layer. The magnetic powder purchased by chemical analysis, the exact composition of: Fe_3O_421 ~ 28%, FeO ~ 40%, Fe22 ~ 31%, and a small amount of S, C, Si, P and so on. Through further experiments, the change of reaction free energy was calculated by thermodynamics, and the chemical reaction mechanism of magnetic powder in powder boronizing was preliminarily discussed.
