针对偏二甲肼(UDMH)易燃、易爆、有毒的特点,运用蒙德火灾爆炸毒性指数评价法对UDMH储库进行安全评价,确定其火灾、爆炸、毒性危险等级,为储库的安全管理提出合理依据。评价结果表明,采取安全补偿措施后,UDMH储库危险范畴由非常高降到了中等。这说明安全补偿措施对保证UDMH储库的安全稳定具有重要作用。
In view of the flammable, explosive and toxic characteristics of UDMH, the safety assessment of UDMH reservoir was carried out by using the fire and explosion toxicity index method of Mond fire. The fire, explosion and toxicity hazard levels were determined to be the safety of the reservoir Management put forward a reasonable basis. The evaluation results show that after taking safety compensation measures, the danger category of UDMH depot has dropped from very high to medium. This shows that the safety compensation measures to ensure the safety and stability of the UDMH reservoir plays an important role.
